  • 1. Training for Management, Employees & ICC members under POSH Laws

    It is the responsibility of every Employer to make aware of its employees about the law related to the prevention of sexual harassment of woman at workplace as the consequences are fatal. Prevention and Prohibition of sexual harassment is the key area to be complied with. Our sessions also cover the Constitution of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC), processing of complaints and also the duties of the employer on the recommendations of ICC.
