Rafeeque has twenty-six years of expertise in Law. He was part of In-House legal team of Airports Authority of India, Delhi International Airport (GMR) and Aircel Telecom.
During his Aviation stints, he had handled several aeronautical and non-aeronautical legal issues at various levels. He could successfully advise AAI in its litigations which had substantial revenue stakes. He also handled government contracts and had involved in the process of Government contract mechanism, contract management and dispute resolutions.
Rafeeque represented threeinternational airports for its legal and regulatory affairs. He supervised the legal team of the ‘wholesale voice and data business’ of Aircel Group. He also acquired his skills in handling the labor issues and employer-employee affairs during his In-House tenures.
Rafeeque is a training faculty of Civil Aviation Training College, Allahabad, Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi. In 2003, He taught ‘International Aviation Law’ for MBA (Aviation Management) students at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies’, Dehradun.
He was graduated Law from Calicut University, Kerala. He has done his advanced studies in IPR, and Cyber Law. He is a trained mediator.
Deepa is a seasoned In-House legal expert. She had worked for three key public sector undertakingsi.e: Airports Authority of India (AAI), National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) and Project and Equipment Corporations (PEC Ltd.). Deepa had a privilege to lead the legal team in all three Government Enterprises, which come under Ministry of Civil Aviation,Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises and Ministry of Commerce.
Deepa had handled the Cargo related legal issues successfully when she was in-charge ofIndira Gandhi International Airport Cargo Terminal, New Delhi. She had also served as a Legal Head in Civil Aviation Training College, Allahabad. She had gained expertise in Recovery cases during her tenure in NSIC and PEC. She advised these companies in its Arbitration matters.
Deepa is a regular training faculty of Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi. In 2003. She undertakes training on the Laws related Women in workplaces including the sessions pertaining to prevention of sexual harassment at work places and the Labor Management. She also advises the non-government organizations who deal with the women issues in India.
Deepa graduated Law from Rajasthan University.She has done her advanced studies in IPR, and Cyber Law.
